Here's my take on my favorite team the packers. The pre-season couldn't have gone any better, The offense blew teams away, Rodgers didn't throw any interceptions or get sacked once. In fact, the first team offense did not punt the ball once in the four games. However when the season started, everything has gone the same way as preseason except for one thing that is dragging down everything this team is trying to accomplish. The offensive line so far is the worst I have ever seen since I started watching Packers football. Rodgers has the potential to be the MVP this season, he has all the tools plus the weapons, but if he's constantly scrambling or laying on his back, this team won't go anywhere. They gave up 5 sacks to a Bengals defensive line-man, are you kidding me? If the team can get some protection for ARod they are a legit super-bowl contender. Greg Jennings is on the verge of becoming a top three receiver in the NFL this year and Jermichael Finley is poised to break out in his second year of the NFL. As I said earlier, Rodgers could potentially be the MVP this year but none of this can happen if he cant set his feet and throw the ball.
